Privacy Statement
Accessibility Partners Canada and Accessibility Innovations Inc. — Last updated: 15th June 2026
We keep this simple: we only collect the information you choose to give us, we use it only to respond to you, and we don't sell it. This statement explains what that means in practice. AGM Score products are offered by Accessibility Partners Canada (for Canadian clients) and Accessibility Innovations Inc. (for US clients); your contracting entity is the one named in your agreement or order form. Our approach is consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and with applicable US state privacy laws.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us — for example, when you fill in a contact form or email us. That typically means your name, email address, organization, and whatever you write in your message. We do not require you to create an account, and we don't collect more than you offer.
How we use it
We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, follow up on a conversation you started, and provide the information or services you asked about. That's it. We don't use it for unrelated purposes, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone, or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We don't share your information except with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our customer relationship management (CRM) and email tools. These providers process information on our behalf, under agreements that limit them to that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete it. If you'd like us to remove your information sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask any question about how we handle it. We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under PIPEDA or under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; contact us using the details below and we'll honor any request the law gives you.
